Long term local Manufacturing Company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, who will be responsible for all invoicing and accounts receivable functions. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will need to demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with customers, along with personnel in Accounting, Sales and Production.
Company has been an industry leader in the manufacture of agricultural conveyor belts and related components. Headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, company operates additional manufacturing facilities in Idaho, Minnesota, and Canada.
Position Responsibilities
Processing of customer invoices
Collection and processing of payments
Responding to customer billing questions and issues
Progressive requests for payment of past-due accounts
Maintaining organized records of invoices, bills and deposits
Ensuring high-quality invoicing and collection processing
Providing timely and accurate payment and account standing information
Assist with Accounting, Sales and Inventory related tasks as needed
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in invoicing and accounts receivable
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on, self-starting, and detail oriented with ability to work independently
Proficiency with computerized accounts receivable software applications
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word)
Must have highest level of integrity and respect for others.
 Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
