NorMak Machine and Hydraulic is looking for full time office help. We are a growing machine shop in Norther Colorado. We are looking for someone motivated, hardworking, and who can take initiative and stay on task. Pay will be based on experience. You will be in charge of paper filing, writing up estimates for work to be completed, answering phones, and many other miscellaneous tasks. You will also be helping our quality control manager and implementing QC paperwork processes. Proficiency in Word, Excel at a minimum. Familiarity with QuickBooks would be great, but we can provide training for the right person. We are in a shop environment so jeans and boots would be appropriate attire and you have to okay with getting a little dirty sometimes.
