Snelling Staffing Services is looking for a very professional Part-Time Bookkeeper for a charter school in Fort Collins. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts, balancing department budgets, invoicing, ensuring prompt payment of invoices and developing and maintaining a comprehensive financial filing system.
SCHEDULE: 20-25 hours per week, flexible days
Part-Time Bokkeeper Features:
⢠Assist Payroll Manager
⢠Assist with other accounting projects in the office
⢠Maintain confidentiality
⢠Maintain orderly financial filing system
Part-Time Bookkeeper Skills:
⢠Strong knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks, SDS accounting software is a plus but not required
⢠Excellent communication and administrative skills, self-motivated and a self-starter
⢠Exceptional organization and time management skills, detail oriented with exceptional customer service
⢠Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
