Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Greeting and assisting customer as they pick up or drop off materials. Answering the phone: transferring calls, scheduling customers for appointments, Sales of shower doors and storm doors. Managing the front end of the store: Cleaning, stocking, ordering and pricing products.
Moffat Glass is a well-established, commercial and residential glass company that has been in business since 1921. We install heavy glass showers, replace broken window glass, cut and hang mirrors, install and repair storefront. We are looking for applicants with great customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Required: Construction experience preferred.
Good driving record, pass a criminal background check.
Skills: Should be able to use a computer.
Self-directed; ability to work independently.
Customer service oriented with attention to detail and quality.
Great communication skills: written and verbal.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive as situations arise.
Can multitask in fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 to 5 pm
