Key Explorers Preschool and Early Childhood Center is opening by September to serve up to 60 children age 12 months to 13 years. We are seeking an experienced dedicated leader to help hire staff and effectively guide the program from startup through longterm management. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' Director experience and a Colorado Large Center director license.
In addition to management experience and licensure, candidate must fully understand the Federal Nutrition Program guidelines and CCAP funding procedures. Most importantly, the director must be a servant-leader, who knows that preschool management requires special abilities to work effectively with parents and staff and is willing to assist in any classroom when needed.
