RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Software Project Coordinator in Fort Collins, CO. This position will be remote to start but will require someone to go onsite a couple of times a week.

Responsibilities:
Software Project Coordinator will work with engineers to keep Jira up to date
Assist team with processes and keep documentation up to date
Facilitate communication and decisions by setting up meetings
Coordinate team deliverables such as documentation and releases
Software Project Coordinator will help teams evaluate options and make decisions with research, meetings, action items, follow-up
Document process and best practices
Assist in documenting and sharing status; Data may originate in Jira, Jenkins, other tools and presented in dashboard format
Use Microsoft Project to help with release planning
Software Project Coordinator will work cross-functionally to manage dependencies and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and organization
Experience with an agile work-tracking tool (e.g. Jira, Rally)
Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Attention to detail
Conscientious
Enjoys working collaboratively with software developers
Takes initiative within a framework of collaboration and prioritization
