The Restaurant Server position is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages. Servers will assist residents when necessary through the salad bar or beverage station and ensure the dining room is properly cleaned and set to meet resident expectations. Servers must work with professionalism and have knowledge of basic food offering and menu content. At least one year of experience in a similar position preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Excellent customer service skills a must. Shifts vary and often include evenings and/or weekends.
