Peak Community Services is a Program Approved Service Agency located in Fort Collins and has provided Residential, Supported Living Services and Day Program Services to adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities for the past 10 years.
We are currently searching for a caring, flexible and responsible individual to provide one on one, part-time support on weekends to several individuals who have Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Duties would include planning community activities and providing transportation. Hours and Days are Saturday and Sundays with some flexibility with scheduling times.
Approximately 10 hours per week
$16-$18/hr. and mileage reimbursement
Requirements:
Background check
DMV check
Must have reliable transportation
Will Provide CPR/First Aid and QMAP training.
