Support staff to work in Group Home With adolescents. Shift positions available, some overnights and weekends required. Duties include, supervision of residents, positive interactions, teaching daily living/ life skills, through following through with established strength based program. Transportation, team staff development, cooking laundry. Relationship skills to work with schools, Probation, Dept.. of Human Services, Court process. Maintain safe, stable environment. High School Diploma required. Training and Certification can be acquire upon the hiring process. Education, Training, and Certifications is already in place is helpful. $12 to $15 an hour is starting pay, and pay for training compensation.
