I need to hire 6 or 7 people who can work on their own and don't mind helping people out.
I own Handyman Connection of Fort Collins - we connect Handymen with folks that need them. Think of us as your back office - we do all the marketing, set up your bid appointments, manage your schedule, handle all the customer calls, payments, etc. You bid the work and earn a good commission on all the work you do for us (YOU decide what you will be paid for each job - average craftsman is making around $25-35/hr.) We can work with you full time or part time, 1099 or W-2, all your choice. We have SO much work right now and not enough craftsmen to do it all, so we could potentially get you some bids as early as Monday or Tuesday.
