Job Responsibilities As a Residential Construction Foreman, you will plan, coordinate, and manage high-quality residential landscape projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while also performing actual tasks.
â¢Work with Project Manager from inception to completion on high-end residential landscape renovations and projects
â¢Supervise a diverse crew of 3 - 5 people
â¢Maintain a clean and safe job site
â¢Regularly maintain company equipment and tools
â¢Stay at or below budget and track expenses and hours for each project
â¢Complete administrative requirements accurately and in a timely manner
â¢During winter months must be available 24/7 to assist with snow removal responsibilities
Qualifications
â¢High school diploma or equivalent
â¢2 - 4 years of previous residential landscape foreman experience
â¢Hardscape experience preferred, including experience with pavers, outdoor kitchens, water features, etc.
â¢Knowledge of construction techniques
â¢Excellent management and people skills
â¢Strong verbal and written communication skills
â¢Incredibly high attention to detail and initiative
â¢Professional in appearance and presentation
â¢Must have a valid driver license and clean MVR
