Rams Village Apartments, a 356-unit student housing community, is looking for a maintenance technician.
Ideal Candidates should have prior apartment maintenance experience, but management is willing to train the right individual. HVAC certification is a plus.
Responsibilities include completing service requests for residents, appliance repair, some plumbing and electrical work, swimming pool and spa upkeep, preparing units for new residents, and other general maintenance of the property.
Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a rotating on call schedule that could require additional hours for emergency maintenance.
Pay will be $19.00-$21.00 per hour or DOE to start; benefits include 401k, paid vacation days, holidays, and sick/personal days.
