High Pointe Land Management is looking for mower operators and trimming/labor positions for the upcoming mowing season. We do field mowing in HOA neighborhoods, businesses, and residences. Experience is a plus but not a requirement. You will be working in a team of 3-5 people under the direction of a crew foreman. We want people that are hard working, detail oriented, able to follow directions, and that take pride in their work. Job duties are as listed below:
Mowing Operator:
Our mowing operators are required to safely operate different types of mowers. The majority of our mowing involves steep slopes where our Ventrac tractors excel. Operators will be required to be versatile and able to bounce between different types of mowers. Operators will also be required to maintain their equipment and keep it in good working condition.
Trimming/ Laborers:
Our trimming crew members use string trimmers to maintain grass and weeds along fence lines, and around trees and other obstacles that our mowers can't access. This job requires someone in good physical health that can walk and carry a string trimmer and leaf blower for long hours of the day.
