A wireless communications contractor is seeking individuals to fill tower technician positions. We have been in business for 18 years, and have office located in Colorado, California and Nebraska. We perform tower construction and maintenance for leading wireless providers, utility companies, broadcast companies, and government entities primarily in the western half of the United States.
Job Description:
The qualified applicant will participate and perform all aspects of new tower construction, upgrades, and maintenance of existing structures, lighting systems, radio equipment, antennas, and RF transmission lines.
We have found that this position is a good fit for rock climbers, those with farm and ranch background, and individuals that are mechanically inclined. However, these are not prerequisites and do not always hold true.
This position requires working away from the home office. We strive to keep our employees close to home and home most weekends, but there are many times that scheduling and workload create a need to work away from home for 2 weeks at a time.

Qualifications:
Minimum 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Must be able to pass initial hair follicle drug test as well as ongoing random tests.
Basic computer skills.
Organized with a strong attention to detail and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
Supply basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor clothing.
Applicant must have the ability physically and mentally to work at heights in excess of 500'
Employee to follow OSHA safety policies and procedures.
Enjoy working outdoors, sometimes adverse weather conditions.
Wages:
$15/hr. -- Typically 15-20 hours of overtime per week.
Paid on a weekly basis.
The annual income of entry level employees is roughly $40,000-$50,000
$25 per day meal per diem with overnight stay away from home office
