Roughing It In Style is looking for a Warehouse/Delivery Team member.
Job purpose: Roughing It In Style is looking for a strong, dependable, motivated individual to assist in all aspects of furniture delivery and warehouse/showroom upkeep. Roughing It In Style is a retail store and interior design service provider focused on customer experience, unique quality-built products, customization, & creativity.
Duties and responsibilities
Furniture Deliveries Daily Warehouse and Showroom Activities o Furniture and Accessory Receiving and Check Ins o Loading and Unloading of Delivery Trucks o Assembly and Repair of Furniture and Accessories o Cleaning and Organizing Warehouse and Showroom o Showroom remodels Property and Vehicle Maintenance and Upkeep Customer Service Blind, Window treatment, and Picture/Mirror hanging and install
Qualifications
Attention to Detail Pride in a job well done Team oriented approach Positive Attitude High level of comfort with a variety of power and hand tools Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Additional Skills for Positive Consideration
Previous experience moving and delivering furniture Previous warehouse experience Previous Construction experience
Schedule
This position is hourly and entails, on average, 35-45 hours per week. Schedule flexibility is required at times to address situational business needs
Working Conditions/Physical requirements
Applicant must be able to lift 50-100lbs in the course of daily furniture and accessory install and showroom display activities. A commitment to professional appearance and attitude
