Personal injury law firm seeks extroverted and highly motivated attorney to operate its client intake system. J.D. preferred, but highly experienced paralegals or others with demonstrated knowledge and experience in a personal injury practice may also apply. The candidate must have exceptional listening skills and people skills and must have the capacity to and must exhibit genuine empathy to people who have been injured or have other concerns. The candidate will be focused on customer satisfaction and must be able to create a positive, professional experience for every potential client whether the firm accepts the case or not. The candidate must also be highly organized, must have exceptional multi-tasking skills, and may manage one or more assistants. Your job will be to convert potential new clients into cases and to assist other potential new clients whose cases the firm will not take. The position includes operating a system that is set up to field contacts from potential new clients at any time, gathering important information (including from witnesses, site visits, etc.), analyzing facts to determine the viability of a potential case, and getting new cases signed up, but does not involve case development or litigation.
