Dispatchers must be proficient in English (oral and written) and good communicators. Must have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of the service area, and be self-motivated. Must have a positive attitude, excellent computer skills, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment. This position may require the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
The zTrip dispatch function plays a vital role in interacting with our taxi drivers and delivering our service to our customers. The dispatcher's roles may include: answering phones for customers and drivers, inputting trips from customers or accounts into the dispatch system and then ensuring those trips are completed properly. The dispatcher must have a professional disposition when transmitting on the radio to drivers and be able to support the fleet as needed. Looking for someone that has a great mind for puzzles and would be interested in mapping out driver routes.
