The Extra Mile Outdoor Gear and Bike, Loveland Colorado's newest gear and bike shop is looking for a full-time bike mechanic, part-time bike builder, Sales Associate.
Bike Mechanic Position
Position is focused on performing all levels of bike service and repair on customer bikes. Build store owned bicycles, bike part and accessory ordering and inventory management. Maintain rental bike fleet and help build the rental bike program. Assist customers with cycling and outdoor gear questions.
Certified bike mechanics a plus or sufficient experience in the bike industry. Knowledge of winter sports gear and other outdoor activities a plus. The position is year round 30 to 40 hours a week and hourly salary based on experience.
Bike Builder -
Responsible for assembling new bicycles out of the box and refurbishing used bikes. Maintain bike rental fleet as needed. Must have experience building and tuning bicycles of all kinds.
Sales Associate
Part time or full-time sale associate with passion and experience in outdoor recreation including biking, hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding. Must have retail sales experience in the outdoor industry. Ebay and online marketing skills a plus.
