Our business is booming. We are looking for a reliable and motivated FULL TIME individual to assist with online auction setup at our Eaton Auction Center in downtown Eaton, CO. This is an entry-level position with advancement potential for the right person. The work hours are mainly 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM with overtime available for hard workers. The ideal candidate will be able to stand, work on their feet, move around, and lift up to 30 pounds in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions well.
Responsibilities:
Follow instructions from the auction team
Assist in unpacking, setting up and arranging items for auctions
Move and organize auction items
Ensure items are properly displayed and tagged
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Requirements:
The ability to listen to, understand and follow directions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. We have had people work well who are just starting out in the work force as well as many who are looking for a fun job after a young retirement.

Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour depending on experience with an increase after 90 days of acceptable work.
