Kuhn of Greeley is looking for Parts Distribution Tech.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist walk-in retail customers by looking up parts and filling parts orders.
Select and pack parts shipments utilizing computer generated packing lists. Visually inspect final product for conformance to established quality standards. Verify piece count for inventory.
Obtain quotes for LTL shipments via telephone and/or computer. Select the best method for shipping parts to customers and expedite shipments.
Complete required parts shipping and inventory documentation. Advise on re-order needs, shortages or inventory discrepancies. Track shipments as requested. Perform daily closeout procedure on UPS computer.
Complete parts sales transactions. Receive parts from vendors/other locations and place in assigned inventory location. Verify parts/product against purchase order for quantity and quality purposes. Visually inspect incoming materials for any transit/handling damage. Perform cycle counts under the direction of Parts Manager.
Receive parts returns, process return paperwork. Perform related material handling duties. Operate forklift to transport materials. Participate in the Company's team process to develop and improve customer service. Continually strive to find better ways to complete tasks and be the best in the industry.
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety procedures.
