Job: Sales Representative- Inside Sales Representative
A local Financial Services company is looking for an outgoing, high energy closer that is interested in working in a fast paced, fun, and results oriented environment. Being reliable, and being able to close deals in a relationship-sales environment will be the most important part of this position. All product-specific training is provided, but the most competitive applicants with have some general sales training, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel), type proficiently, have excellent phone and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will need to be energetic, bring a positive attitude, and have experience in dealing with a high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls & emails. Sales experience needed, experience selling an intangible product is a benefit.
Inside Sales Representative Job Purpose: Enroll new customers, maintain and earn new Referral Sources, and help service customer accounts.
Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:
⢠Make and track daily sales
⢠Track new leads
⢠Maintain relationships with Referral Sources
⢠Network with existing Referral Sources to discover new ones
⢠Conduct daily job duties with a positive attitude
⢠Service current customers with the help of an assistant
⢠Complete monthly reports for all Referral Sources
Skills/Qualifications: Sales, Open and easily adaptable to change, customer service, problem solving, documentation skills, Microsoft Office competency, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking, data entry/typing, excellent phone and email skills.
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm No nights, weekends or Holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving & Christmas).
Compensation: $25,000- $30,000 starting base plus commission
