Insurance Agency seeks a Full-Time experienced, professional and ambitious P&C licensed sales producer. Salary + Commission. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Computer experience & organizational skills required. Must have strong people skills and maintain high degree of professionalism. Youll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes. Main office location is Steamboat Springs. Will consider work from home anywhere in CO for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Job Requirements
A property & casualty license is required.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Bilingual candidates welcome.
