SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED
No Cold Calling - Established Territory
In business for over 45 years, this stable company in North Denver is seeking a motivated and experienced sales associate for retail window covering sales.
ABOUT THE JOB
Sales Associates are responsible for introducing and selling window covering products in the customer's home, in our showroom and at events within their territory. Territory area is Ft. Collins, Colorado and surrounding (50 mile radius) area with expected travel to Denver Metro occasionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will include responding to leads generated for you thru local Costco warehouse, demonstrating/selling window covering products in the home and at events, building excellent client relationships, accurately measuring window openings, achieving goals by consistently performing the necessary activities, and exceeding customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
⢠The ideal candidate for this position will have drive as well as the skills necessary to close deals. Other opportunity exists for someone with a little hustle and a great attitude.
⢠Experience in the window covering and design industry and/or two or more years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
⢠Valid Colorado Driver's License - with good driving record.
⢠Ability to communicate as well as to provide excellent customer service, ability to prioritize, account forecast, negotiate and utilize superior organizational and time management skills.
⢠Ability to perform without direct supervision but not to be so independent that you cannot work with the home office team.
⢠Ability to work afterhours and be on-call after normal business hours, occasionally
⢠Smartphone, computer and/or IPad/Notebook savvy.
COMPENSATION
This is a very profitable opportunity for the right individual with a compensation package that will include a base salary plus commission. Also provided: vehicle/travel expenses, phone/technology allowance, paid time off and various insurance programs are offered.
