Optimum Builders Co. is seeking Full and Part time entry level / apprentice carpenters as well as experienced tradesmen. An ideal candidate has carpentry experience and preferably general carpentry tools, liability insurance, and valid CO drivers license.
We specialize in residential builder sub-contracting, as well as residential remodel work, and new custom home construction. We primarily offer interior trim and cabinetry installation services but also perform LVP / LVT / Engineered Wood floor installations, remodel work, limited finish and paint work, and occasionally exterior projects if suited to our skill set. Many of our projects are "high end" or "custom" and require an eye for detail as well as an understanding of how to be efficient.
My crew and I pride ourselves in being true site-worthy tradesmen offering an optimal solution to our customers construction needs. We are mostly self managed but rely on functioning as a crew, and one's success rests fully on their ability to perform quality work efficiently, problem solve, and communicate as a team. This is not a price sheet outfit, these have proven to be troublesome when attempting to offer unwavering quality on our projects.
