Title: COVID Coordinator
Reports to: Site Superintendent
Summary: We have developed a new position to help us administer our enhanced safety protocols at an apartment renovation project. This position will work with our superintendents and trade partners to facilitate a safe and efficient jobsite. This individual will be responsible for screening all who enter the jobsite, and monitoring compliance with Company health standards. The job starts immediately.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily entrance interviews with trade partners, and delivery drivers and visitors.
Coordinate the phasing of entrance interviews with site superintendent and foreman.
Monitor compliance with social distancing and PPE requirements on site.
Disinfecting high touch areas and equipment periodically throughout the day.
Ensure compliance with delivery disinfection protocols.
Coordinate delivery times with subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with, and completion of our disinfection checklist with subcontractor at the end of every day.
Clearly and effectively communicate the importance adhering health protocols.
Provide reports on job site health performance to site superintendent and safety director.
Take and pass OSHA-30 training
Hours may be over 40 per week, depending on needs.
Qualifications:
Only local applicants
Valid driver’s license required
Bi-lingual not a requirement but preferred
Construction experience preferred
Basic computer literacy
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
$18 - 20 /Hr depending on Experience
