Hi all,
My name is Kinnard. Really what I'm looking for is an entrepreneur who loves the painting industry. Someone who wants to grow a substantial painting business but doesn't want to do it alone. Someone who wants to be boots on the ground selling, managing crews and customers. I'm a second generation painter with decent knowledge of most things residential and commercial painting but prefer branding and business development. I split time between Colorado and North Carolina so I'm not always in town.
My revenue for 2019 was $296,000 from mostly painting multi-family new construction. I would like someone to grow the residential side of the business.
I have annual contracts in Fort Collins to keep the business floating while the residential side is grown. I have the financial resources, equipment, and branding to be a $1,000,000 residential painting company. I am open to growing the commercial side but the company is branded for residential.
Eventually I would like to step away from the painting business and focus on my real estate business.
