Now Hiring Experienced RW, JW or ME for Electrical Contractor
Leading Edge Electric, LLC is an established electrical contractor based in northern Colorado. We serve the local area as well as the northern foothills and metro Denver, focusing on residential (service, remodeling and new construction) and small commercial.
We are family oriented, have no mandatory overtime, but occasionally work more than an 8 hour day. The majority of our work is local to Northern Colorado.
This is a leadership position that requires continued education.
We have an opening for a foreman position, and as a candidate you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in residential/remodel, service and light commercial.
Applicant must be able to lead, train, organize and have extremely high standards in quality control. Communication skills are a must.
Must have a high attention to detail, be solution oriented, and be able to follow systems that are in place for your success.
Experience with estimating is desirable.
Were looking for a person that has great time management skills, can complete jobs within parameters, and can keep a team moving efficiently throughout the day. You must be able to run a crew of 3-4 people.
We have a strong focus on reputation management.
The obvious requirements do apply:
Applicant must have a current Colorado RW, JE, or ME license.
Applicant must have a current Colorado Driver License with a clean MVR.
You must be clean cut, every day.
You must be outgoing, personable and professional in all conduct with our customers. You must have a reliable vehicle to transport yourself to the job site, or to a meeting site for carpooling or to pick up a company vehicle.
You must be Drug free / Drama free.

Job Specifics

Collaborate with customer, employees and management on each project.
Communicate clear goals and expectations to apprentices/co-workers.
Provide appropriate coaching/training to apprentices.
Resolve customer concerns, or communicate concerns to management if Ânecessary.
Verify each job is COMPLETE and CORRECT.
Develop/maintain network of professional relationships with our customers,suppliers and competitors.
