PM Tech. Job Description (Entry Level will train the right candidate.): Clean, lubricate and adjust cold beverage dispensing equipment and ice makers.
Including:
- Inspecting and replacing worn seals, o-rings and gaskets.
- Test, inspect, adjust or replace worn or damaged parts.
- Adjusting equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform basic service calls.
- Perform all duties in a safe, sanitary and efficient manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Applicant must be able to work with the public; professional appearance & good personal hygiene are required. Applicant must have adequate phone skills, i.e. texting, email, Web searching. (Will train the right person.) Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, operating power tools, equipment machinery. The ability to work in tight or small places from time to time. Ability to stand for 80% of the time, sit 20% of the time. Ability to work within varying temperatures depending on task and locations. Spaces may be noisy or crowded depending on task or locations.
Required Tools: 1/4" straight blade screwdriver, #2 phillips screwdriver, assorted box-end/open-end wrenches, 12" crescent wrench, Oetiker pliers and tubing cutters (may be purchased from supplier after hire), oil filter wrench or 24" channel locks.
Work Schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Overtime may be required. Nights, weekends and out-of-town travel may be required.
