We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Top-of-line customer care
-Accurately and effectively communicate customer concerns into schedule and repair
-Answer a multi-line phone system
-Anticipate scheduling demands with impeccable communication to clients and technicians
-Manage daily client appointments and scheduling for multiple technicians
orders
-Research and develop client cost estimates accurately
-Work with technicians to develop correct cost estimates (we do not guess and check)
-Communicate cost estimates and time estimates to client effectively
-Build technician schedules effectively and efficiently
-Maintain communication with technicians for effective time management and expectations
-Build and maintain client relations
-Build and maintain vendor relations
-Work as a team with other service advisors and technicians
Requirements:
-Be able to learn quickly
-Effective communication skills (written and spoken)
-Have appropriate phone etiquette
-Have impeccable attention to details
-High level of active listening comprehension skills
-Knowledge of automotive systems is necessary
-Knowledge of accurate diagnostic processes is necessary
-Be able to type 35-60 words per minute
-3-5 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar position
-Have the ability to learn unfamiliar computer programs quickly
