Apex Systems Inc. is currently looking for an Agile Coach/Scrum Master for an opening available with a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.
For this role, you will be the Agile Coach/Scrum Master for an organization that is going through an Agile transformation for their newly acquired teams to align with the Agile practices the rest of the organization is following. The framework is created, and this role will be the right hand person to the Director by sitting in on Scrum ceremonies and reinforcing Agile practices. This position will also be coaching team members that are new to Agile and are transitioning from from previously working in more traditional project management roles.
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills:
5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Agile Coaching experience is a plus!
Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus!
Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
Patience and an ally to the audience
Ability to educate teams on agile best practices
Excellent communication skills
