Position Summary: The Revenue Ops Business Analyst identifies ways to improve business efficiency through Revenue Operations Tools and Technology. They work collaboratively with the larger Revenue Operations team to identify ways in which to improve internal and external customer satisfaction. Own the process from business requirements to implementation by the Tools Specialists for Revenue Operations Tools and Technology projects as it relates to the larger business need:
Identify and capture technical requirements in the form of user stories based on business requirements outlined by the Program Owner and business stakeholders with an eye to analyze impacts to tools, technology, process, and partner journey
Form contingency plans and communicate recommended solutions and viewpoints related to risks and obstacles, while identifying innovative ways to capitalize on improvement opportunities to increase customer satisfaction (both internal and external)
Own the creation of project test plans, reporting metrics, mock-ups, and retrospectives
Act as the liaison between the business needs and Tools Specialists
Facilitate and organize sprint planning, and track and present sprint velocity and burndowns; apply a firm yet flexible approach to managing the team’s work and defining its processes by merging agile methodology with the ways of working best suited to the agile team

Understand and create/update documentation on new and existing Revenue Operations Tools & Technology
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments utilizing Pax8 investment; leverage existing resources
Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
20% Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least two (2) years of demonstrated program and project management experience, aligned to a business analyst focus
Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience using tools included in a Revenue Operations tech stack (e.g., Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), etc.)
Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments while applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organizational goals
Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences with an eye for detail
Ability to use a combination of feedback and reflections to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses
Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement

Required Education & Certifications:
B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Work Environment: Professional office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, printers, and filing cabinets. Physical Demands: Sedentary role; primarily involves sitting/standing Travel Requirements: Infrequent travel is expected Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $55,000 or more depending on experience.
