Evening shift. 330pm-900pm/ 4 on 4 off rotating schedule.
Performs preventive observations, implements security measures, assures work areas are kept clean and organized, reports filed and equipment in good working order.
Respond to and assist with emergency situations, and urgent calls to ensure safety and protection of residents, visitors and employees. Uses First Aid and CPR as necessary.
Maintains residents’ privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Provides residents with opportunities for independence and choice consistent with their care plans. Documents all completed work and tests performed. Observes and reports residents’ conditions to appropriate staff.
QualificationsOne to two years prior experience in law enforcement/security management and/or military security experience.Ability to make independent decisions and function quickly and correctly in emergency situations.
