We are searching for a dynamic individual for the kitchen unit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cooks in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
Bakes bread and pastries, cuts meat, serves meals and washes dishes.
Assists food services supervisor in menu preparation.
Assists in maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.
SCHEDULE:
Every other weekend off. The candidate needs to be flexible with the schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Prefer one-year restaurant or other related cooking experience.
Other:
Valid driver's license and insurability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work in a kitchen setting, and use kitchen equipment safely. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
