101 Staffing is looking for production workers for its client.
Job Description:
You will be working in a cold production room (37 degrees) handling food products. The job entails cutting, slicing, and packing of fresh cut/prepared food products. If asked, you will be required to help out in other departments as needed. This is a newer company to Pueblo so procedure change will occur often. You must be able to adapt to the changing environment.
Qualifications:
-Food handling, culinary, or fast assembly line experience - REQUIRED
-Must be able to work in a cold room, 37 degrees
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be able to work at a very fast pace
-Must be able to comply with food safety procedures
-Authorized to work in the United States
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Start times/Hours:
Your start time will vary from 5:00am - 6:30am depending on the position. You will work until production is done. The production is going to be slow to start but you will eventually be working 45-50 hours a week. Overtime is very typical once production is in full speed (8-10+ hours a day).
Time off:
You will work 5 days a week and you might not get two consecutive days off in a row. Example: Wednesday and Saturday off or Tuesday and Sunday off, etc
Pay: $12/HR and $18 Overtime.
