Licensed recreational MMJ grow producing top shelf flower has a position open for harvesters and final trimmers. Harvesting includes cutting down plants, bucking, loading drying racks, cleaning table after all plants have been cut down. Trimming includes final quality control (long stem or crow foot) of dried flower that has been through a tumbler and assist in packaging into 1 lbs packages. Trimmers should be able to average 3-5 lbs finished weight per 8 hour shift.
Ideal candidates will have; positive ready to work attitude, ability to work fast and efficiently in a team or individually, able to walk over uneven terrain, have reliable transportation.
