Construction company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to answer phones, complete general office tasks, and assist the office management and owners. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
(28 hours a week)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Proficient in MS Office suite, Email, Internet
Bookkeeping experience (Quick-books) is a plus.
Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
