As a small firm, we âdo it allâ â and are looking for a self-starter, driven, and well-rounded individual with customer service, administrative, and bookkeeping experience who is willing to tackle a wide variety of administrative and accounting projects.

About the job:
- Ideal applicants have at least 3 years of administrative or bookkeeping experience, as well as customer service experience.
- Applicants should be extremely attentive to details, with the ability to frequently switch between tasks and work to meet sensitive deadlines.
- Work will vary daily and seasonally as our office focuses on different deadlines throughout the year.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks software, and ability to learn other new software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workflow and priorities
- Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Commitment to excellence and high standards, both personally and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Second Position Available:
EXPERIENCED TAX ACCOUNTANT

As a small firm, we âdo it allâ â and are looking for a self-starter, driven, and well-rounded individual with extensive public accounting experience who is willing to tackle a wide variety of tax and accounting projects.

About the Job:
-Ideal applicants should have 2- 5 years of tax preparation experience (individual, corporate, and partnership tax prep)
-Applicant should have strong entrepreneurial and business management skills with experience in general business start-up consulting, tax and financial planning
-Strong understanding of financial accounting, payroll, payroll tax requirements
-Ability and prior experience managing staff, workflow, and client relationships
Requirements:
- BA or BS in Accounting Required
- CPA License or CPA Candidate Required
- Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online
- 2+ years tax preparation experience
- Ability to correct books and ready them for tax preparation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatile, flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Commitment to excellence and high standards, both personally and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
