WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING MANAGER
This position would start ASAP part time with a strong possibility of full-time status.
Job Summary -
Shipping, receiving, inventory and customer service.
Managing inventory of approximately 500 part numbers.
Maintaining inventory levels, in part with Quickbooks
Purchasing inventory
Special order processing
Returns and return authorizations
Some essential tasks include; determining method of shipment with knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Completing all data entry required in shipping systems. Knowledge of International shipping helpful.
Receiving – verifying inventory received, placing in appropriate locations in warehouse
Manufacturing – creates CD’s, DVD’s and prepaid eCards as needed to fulfill orders.
Customer service – answer calls or emails regarding shipping questions or back orders.
Cleaning – cleans warehouse, i.e. trash and floors
Daily reports – completes all required day end processes and paperwork to include Paypal and Quickbooks
Backup to Quotes – completing quotes for requests made for existing customers or new customers.
Physical Abilities Required - Must be able to lift and move objects up to 60 pounds.
Other duties as required.
