Traffic Operations - Operator/Dispatcher

We are an engineering technology firm in Golden seeking a talented, technically strong and a “unique” career-oriented individual with a “can-do” attitude.
Job Description:
We are looking to add a qualified communications specialist to assist with traffic operations at our Frisco location. Our Frisco facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, shifts have not yet been determined but the schedule will consist of 4 - 10 hour shifts with 3 consecutive days off.
Job Requirements:
• Able to monitor systems and alerts
• Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Able to troubleshoot alerts and problems
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to log activities in systems
• Able to use radio communications
• Able to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work 10-hour shifts (4 days per week)
• Typically sit for long periods of time or stand at the work station on a hard floor
• This position will be required to work shift work, weekends and holidays
Ideal Candidate:
• Comfortable with technologies and systems
• Great positive ‘can-do” attitude
• Great writing and speaking skills
• Superior ability to adapt to quickly-changing events and priorities
• Experience using systems to monitor, troubleshoot, log and perform functions
• Law enforcement/public safety/security/military preferred but not required
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test before job acceptance
Start Date:
• Must be able to join the firm within 2 weeks after position is offered
Compensation & Benefits:
• $43,680 Annual Salary and Benefits
