We are an established, full-service landscaping firm looking for new team members! We are
looking for enthusiastic employees to join our growing Maintenance and Construction teams for
the 2019 season and beyond. Experience is preferred; however, we have a solid in-house training
program and can train anyone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. These positions are
best suited for people who are happiest when working outdoors, staying busy, and enjoy physical
labor.
WHAT WE DO:
Ceres Landcare is a full-service landscape firm. We provide services to both residential and
commercial properties. These services include lawn, garden and tree care, irrigation services,
design and installation of small-scale and large-scale construction projects, and water features.

OUR SEASON:
Our season is weather dependent, but typically begins in late April and can extend into November;
those dates differ for maintenance crews and construction crews. We do request that employees
stay until the end of the season. However, we will make exceptions for students, employees with
winter jobs, etc., when communicated properly.
WORK WEEK:
We work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Monday through Thursdays are generally 8
to 10 hours, with Fridays reserved for overflow work. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours per
week. Major holidays off. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
