Hooked Restaurant in Beaver Creek is looking for an Experienced Bartender / Bar Manager to join our team. Bar manager will be a full time bartender behind the bar, making drinks for the restaurant and serving guests at the bar. There is the expectation that the bartenders know the food menu as well as any of the servers in the restaurant. In addition to the normal bartender duties, the Bar Manager will be responsible for ordering Liquor and Beer, maintaining a good relationship with reps, Monthly inventory of Beer and Liquor on the 1st of the month, Developing a cocktail list for the winter season, and activating our To-Go liquor window to maximize sales.
Beaver Creek has created a common consumption area which allows us to sell To-Go alcohol. We had a great summer with this and want to continue into the winter. We are looking for a person that will take ownership in developing a drink menu for the winter that will be bring people to our to-go window.
Compensation will be dependent on experience. A full time bar manager will be eligible for ski pass reimbursement (in April), Medical and Dental benefits (after a 60 waiting period), and additional fringe benefits.
