High Volume, Fine Dining Steakhouse now hiring for above positions. Applicants must have 2+ years’ experience in a lead kitchen role. Preferred qualities include attention to detail, organizational and communication skills. Duties may include inventory control, ordering, prep lists, and scheduling, which all have to be adjusted with regards to seasonality of sales. Good working relationships between FOH and BOH is necessary as long with giving direction and training staff while taking direction and following protocols and procedures already established. Positive attitude a MUST.
