The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a Dining Room Manager to join their team! The Dining Room Manager must be able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, and be passionate about food, beverage and guest service. He/She will direct flow of service and ensure guest satisfaction; Supervise, train, and schedule all staff accordingly; Confer with chefs and other managers to plan menus and other related activities; Contribute to the evolution of service in the restaurants and outlets, upholding a standard of excellence.
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO
Approximate Start Date: 5/1/19
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000 / year
Schedule: Varying days and shifts; Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Minimum Requirements
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Previous restaurant /bar experience is preferred with at least 1 year of working in a similar position. Successful candidates will have good communication skillsboth written and verbal in English, good organizational, time management and delegation skills, and be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated. This position may require lifting, carrying, pulling or pushing of approximately 2150 pounds. Must be over the age of 21. TIPS certification is required
