Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent is cross trained as a Front Desk Agent as well as a Telephone Agent.
Responsibilities:
ÂResponsible for welcoming and assistingÂÂall guests
ÂInformation source for those calling into the hotel.
Knowledge of the property's amenities, hotel layout, and area attractions.
Requirements:Â
High school or equivalent education required. Â
Previous hands-on customer service exposure.
Computer competency including Microsoft Office 2007 and Galaxy, Light Speed, or other similar hotel Property Management systems preferred.
