Here is a snapshot of your new job:
⢠Lead a team of 8-12 staff by demonstrating exemplary customer service, portion control, and presentation, all while maintaining a tone of professionalism throughout
⢠Monitor sales trends to schedule ideal staffing requirements while controlling labor costs
⢠Sustain operational inventory levels by placing regular vendor orders
⢠Manage high-quality ice cream and waffle cone production standards while meeting heavy volume demands
⢠Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the store
⢠Recruit, hire, and train talented team members when needed
⢠Participate in and contribute to regular staff, management, and leadership meetings
