SkyRun Winter Park. We are a locally owned short term property management company that operates in Grand County Colorado. We specialize in assisting owners by streamlining necessary property management task and providing vacation rentals in Grand County. SkyRun Winter Park is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of an Operations Associate. Flexibly, adaptability, problem-solving are what this position is all about.
The Operations Associate will have the responsibility of assisting in daily operations and on-call support. Duties include customer support, janitorial/inspection duties, maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies. Technical skills required website content management, social media engagement and standard business platform suites(gmail,word,excel,adobe).
The role will start part time and grow into full time position with potential for long term career growth.
Hourly pay - competitive with discount housing available
