Shift Supervisor Job Duties:
Oversee all physical locations of GEJ
Daily deliveries to stores, drop-off & pick-up between locations (Must have current drivers license w/o infractions)
Training employees
Work closely with owners, managers, & long term team members

Upholds quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
Will learn all positions of all locations. If a position needs to be filled, shift supervisor will, without hesitation, fill position to make sure all daily functions of restaurant are accomplished.

Communicating daily with Owners / Managers (in-person or dial-in)
Have EXCELLENT customer service skills to respond to any customer questions, needs, or complaints.
