Deeper Green Consulting is hiring for a Crew Leader to manage our construction crew. We are looking for someone with a background in construction and previous experience leading a team.
We are a locally owned home performance and construction company. Our team is dedicated to improving home performance, increasing occupant comfort, and reducing energy consumption for our mountain homeowners. The position will work with a crew to improve a home's performance by sealing air leakage, lining crawlspaces with vapor barrier, and installing various insulation products.

A qualified Crew Leader will apply their technical skills and knowledge in the implementation of project tasks and performance improvements. The Crew Leader will guide and instruct crew members to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, the candidate will effectively communicate recommendations during team meetings to assist with job scheduling and crew management. The Crew Leader must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage challenges in a professional manner.
