Thetford Landscaping in Breckenridge has seasonal positions open for both a Garden Maintenance Lead and General Maintenance crew.
Garden Maintenance Lead is a full time position. Applicants must have experience working in flower bed maintenance with knowledge of plants, soil conditions, basic irrigation, weeds, pests, and planting. Candidate must also have good communication skills, an ability to lead a crew of 1-3 including training and motivating their crew to work efficiently and with attention to detail. A detailed job description is available to applicants. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
General Maintenance Crew members should have an desire to learn new skills, show an attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors. Landscape experience is always helpful but we will train any candidate to have the skills necessary for the job. This position is full or part time. Compensation is $16/hr.
All applicants must have a valid drivers license, be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and commit to working through October. Also, applicants should be prepared to provide a resume with work experience and references.
