Help Wanted
Small, local property management company in Vail seeks full time employee. 30-40 hours per week, Work includes regular checks and walk-throughs of properties, and some light maintenance and projects at each property as assigned. I currently manage 4 condo complexes (between East Vail and Avon) and multiple other homes and properties.
Need a motivated and reliable person I can count on, and will pay the right person $20-$30 per hour depending on experience and skill set. No specific skills required, but a general knowledge of construction/handyman skills a plus. Willing to train the right person.
Employee can create their own flexible schedule, must have ability to work independently and problem solve as issues arise.
Lots of additional work available for motivated individual (also depending on skill set).
Job may require some after-hours, on-call, and weekend work, in as-needed and emergency situations (such as water leaks). Paid extra in these situations.
Benefits after 90 days of work include company mobile phone, potential use of company truck, company gas card; health insurance assistance/match after 6 months. You will be paid as a w9 employee, and covered via my worker's comp insurance policy.
Possible opportunity for equity ownership in company.
